Well here is the start of my new BT army. I had a 4000 point army back in 2000 (3rd edition) when Armageddon was released. But I scrapped that army after I stop playing in 2003 and recently restarted my army for the fun of painting. No golden demon winners here, I just enjoy the modeling and painting, but also to play for fun again! Sorry for the lousy pics, I will have better ones up this weekend when there is sunlight and I can make a lightbox. C&C wanted! But please remember these is just a start and I have just the basic color down and some highlights, so be kind!

I have to say that i don't really like the TL HB on the dread, but to each their own.

i like the use of predator sponsons on the dread, looks kool

Here is just a few random pics, I should have more done by next weekend, as I have a few days off work without the little woman around! Enjoy the pics and let me know of any improvements I can make. I plan on basing the guys in a sand for Armageddon, as thats when I played them and theme the crusade from that codex.

I really like the EC holding his sword in one hand and scabbard in the other, that's just awesome... I may have to uh.. borrow that idea somehow.

Army looks good so far, I'm guessing you start white and wash towards black?

Yup 4 layers of black, letting each one dry before applying the next
