Capture the flag, Attrition, and Character limitations
The character limitations thing is my favorite part about it, since it means that killer
combos involving single character models other than warcasters/warlocks will only be
placed in select lists. I enjoyed the armies I played against in the Legends event, so
I suspect that it'll be the same at Schism.
I just haven't decided what to bring...

Character limitations are my least favorite limitation for Warmachine/Hordes as they're much more useful to some factions than they are to others. Legion of Everblight for example do not have access to any faction characters and few of the minion ones.
If Swamp Gobbers were characters things would be different
