For a while now I have been using my grots to assault and hold creatures like Broodlords, Ironclad dreadnaughts and carnifexes.

when the new plastic stegadon came out i thought this was a great way to transport a squad of grots.

The smallest "squiggoth" is a big squiggoth in the "Imperial Armour: Apocalypse" book.

Even though the steg is small when you place the trukk flatbed on the back (Trukk can hold 12 models) it looks ok.

I could put a squad of nobs in this but it would look kind of odd so instead my grots now can have a ride!

Yah, the fluff tells us that Squiggoths come in all sizes. I think if it looks good, you must go for it. I believe that the Imperial Armour books have rules for Squiggoths of different sizes. So if you are a stickler, you can always hunt down the appropriate rules and use them along with this model.

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live?

feral ork list on gw site... (dunno if you can get to it anymore) but it had rules for squigoths of all 4 sizes... and its only way to use them in a normal game without complaint! i like ur idea... i did the same thing a while back but made a gargantuan squigoth out of the LoTR Mumath or w/e.... still not finished

Any ideas for the base?

Wanted to model a huge turd with a guard helmet in it.

why not have the whole guardsmen in the turd? or a decayed suit of power armor.

i wish i could afford a snakebites force, i would run 3 squiggoths as battlewagons

Great job. When I first saw the Stegadon in person at my FLGS, I wasn't sure it would be big enough, but you've really made it work.

First, I was doubting if the Stegadon-to-Squiggoth conversion would look good, but my opinion changed after it was painted.

GOOD JOB

I think you should put metal plates on either side of the stegadon/squiggoth and write Gork and Mork on them. Now that would make it real orky!
