I had no idea what to make as my title. That was the first thing that popped into my head.
I've been "playing" 40k for about 10 years now. And I use "playing" as loosely as possible. Grey_Death introduced me to the game back in High School, and I've been putting together pieces on and off since then. Sadly, my interest waxed and waned a lot up until recently (due to no one to game with or keep me interested), so I still haven't finished my first army, Ultramarines. They we're may favorite color scheme back in 3rd Edition, and and I didn't feel up to creating my own fluff for them. Granted, if I started now, I'd have my own Successor Chapter.
As it stands, I'm now working on finishing them up, and working on my painting and modeling skills, which, at this point, are tabletop quality. I'm also the guy that Grey_Death paints all that Ultramarines stuff for.
Personal: 26 years old, married, father of one adorable little girl. Computer Programmer for a Slaughterhouse/Distribution Warehouse Giant fan of ice hockey (Go San Jose Sharks).
