Hey all,

I'm thinking about modelling Chaplain Xavier of the Salamanders Chapter. I remember him from way back when during the Armageddon campaign years and years ago. One of my favourite heroes but unfortunately no current model.

I was wondering if there was a thunder hammer bit for the right hand? Or something similar that could be easily converted (my green stuffing skills/plasticard building isn't up to scratch yet.

from Coolminiornot.com [painted by snowball99]

and this is the model I want to use as the base [minus jump pack]

Thanks in advance!

London (work) / Pompey (live, from time to time)

i brought one from ebay not too long ago (2 months or so?) for £10, its worth checking from time to time, but ignore the ones on there for £50 (theres only 1)

the jump pack chaplin would be a nice base for him.
a cloak from the corsairs box should work great.
as for the hammer, have you checked some of the dwarf parts out? either dwarf or empire should have something that will work.
if not, a terminators thunder hammer could be cut about a bit (make it 2 headed rather than a single one) and should work fine.

body option 2: the emperors champion model with a slight head swap would also fit well.

Suffused with the dying memories of Sanguinus, the warriors of the Death Company seek only one thing: death in battle fighting against the enemies of the Emperor.

If I knew, I'd tell you.

Try inquisitor Torquemada Coteaz's hammer. It looks very nice and suits the job perfectly.
