Hi there, I go by the name HotPanda and my game of choice is 40k. I started off with Witch Hunters in 2006 but that only lasted for about 2 months since I got bored with painting 3-4 different models. I went back to GW and got hooked on Orks. I have about 6000pts worth of Orks and this is the army that I developed my hobbying skills with. Whether it was learning to paint or converting I did it with my Orks first. In 2007 I picked up Chaos Space Marine new codex and got addicted to all things Nurgle. The Plague Marines were and have always been my favorite model. My Nurgle CSM army is sitting around 2500pts and is highly themed around Swamps and Forests. This army was also my first army that I took to a tournament where I placed 3rd out of 40 competitors. After finishing up my Nurgle CSM I noticed I had about 1600pts worth of CSM models still sitting around. So I went out and bought 400pts more so I could start a 2000pt Khorne CSM army. My Khorne army is not at all competitive but rather it is a painting venture for myself. My goal is to learn some more advanced painting techniques and wow people with my painting. I also have just started modelling a 1000pt SM army and I'm looking into starting a 2k Ninja Tau army or ventrue into Fantasy. Overall I my passion in the hobby is converting and all my armies feature some extensive conversion work.
Would like to say thanks for welcoming me into your community and I hope I can contribute to it in a positive manner.

I think you should hold fire on the Tau until they get a new codex.
Although I'm a Tau player myself, I reckon you have enough other stuff going on to keep you busy for a while.

So as it stands I'm working on my Nurgle Units that need to be painted while also working on my Space Marines in terms of modeling. I think I will hold off on the Tau for know...Just love using Ninja Tau.

I will post some pics up of my Nurgle Army, my Khorne army and some of my individual ork models. I'm wondering if its kewl that I just wondering if I can post BLOGs for each of these armies to show my pictures, my army list and my thoughts on each of these armies?
