Oy!

Hey Guys and Girls.
I've bought an army of Eldar from a friend. Most of it is crappy painted and some are ok.
But I want to change the colour scheme of them.
So my question is: How do i remove paint from them? All is painted with standard Citadel Coulour
from GW.

some people told me it's possible with break-fluid from cars, and engine oil and stuff like that.
i tried do take away colour with aceton from a old space marine figure. And Nurgle would not even accept him.

please help me if you can!
