Hi,sorry for asking this and this is one of those "yes or no" questions,so anyway does FW supply bases with the minis?

Depends on the models, but mostly yes.

The only thing they won't provide bases for is if you order something like the IG troop conversion kits(since it's assumed that you already have the legs and the like).

The flyers they don't supply bases for either, barring Aeronatica.
