Not nearly enough bikers. You would be better off making 1 large squad (If you drop the redundant waaagh! banner and painboy you can get 10 of them) and dropping the 2nd hq and the deff koptas. That is 290. 2 battlewagons with riggers and kannons would be mobile firing platforms for 2 loota squads. Squeeze 15 points out and you kan add a kff mek.

Now your are spamtastic.

Put your lootas in battlewagons.
You have no real screeners for the lootas, and 15 points a model is expensive to lose to shooting.

Putting them in an AV 14 vehicle will make them much harder to be shot down.

You do realize that if the lootas shoot out of the tank they can be shoot as if there troops right.

You do realize you're completely wrong if you mean this in the manner I am reading it, right? I'm assuming you mean that if the Lootas shoot out of the wagon, like they're completely allowed to do since it's open-topped, people can just target the Lootas within the Wagon? This is completely wrong. They get numerous benefits while in the wagon. All shooting range is measured from the hull of the wagon, even the guys in the back. They cannot be targetted until the wagon is gone. Lastly, they can move 12(13)" away from something targetting them specifically if need absolutely must be. Yes, if the wagon moves they don't get to shoot, but if you absolutely must move the wagon then you know it's worth having that much more room to move available.

Get one sqaud of ork nob bikes with one warboss. 10 is preferable but 8 if not.

With the (hopeful) spare points, get atleast one battlewagon.

Use your second HQ to be a KFF big mek Or forgo a second HQ altogether and get a second battlewagon.

The deff koptas could be replaced for a 2nd-3rd battlewagon.

Then you'd be sorted.

At the very least get some gretchin screens for those lootas. 1-2 squads of.
