Ok, the box comes with just a heavy bolter and a lascannon. So how would I go about getting that twin linked assault cannon listed in the armory? This is an idea I'm playing with for my first army.
All I can find on the GW site are AC's that come in metal blisters, but they're for termies...

Yes.
The entire front turret with the assault cannons will fit into the turret ring on the razorback.

They (razorbacks, Land Raiders and Whirlwinds) all use a common sized turret plate - in the case of the razor and raider, it's the same piece.

And in order to equip BOTH of the razorbacks I intend to use with AC's I'd need 2 redeemer sets... Do they sell those turrets seperately?

They are on ebay, but they go for anywhere betwen $12 and $25 dollars.
