which one is better you think about?

I don't understand what your Wagons are doing.

If they move at all, you can only fire one Shoota. You made them closed-top, so nothing can assault or shoot out of them.

Beyond that, how do you plan to play your Warboss? As a single unit running around by himself, one railgun shot and he's dead. Anything that can ignore cover racks up the wounds on him. Coincidentally, the army that fields railguns also fields lovely little guys that strip cover saves.

not a fan of the rokkits here. your gonna get tempted to shoot at armor with them, thus nullifying the rest of the mob. keep on task with 3 big shootas

i like stormboyz in a non ghazzie list, good to see them in use. you want these guys in the KFF bubble from the getgo then have them fly up a flank and chew stuff up from the side. maybe a tagteam on some armor with the koptas if your into flank marching

I would fear the spacewolves much more... If he's nidzilla, you got a nice greentide goin here and should easily be able to swamp him. If he's horde too, fun game lol. The spacepuppies can bring some nasty CC combined with a good save. Your PK's will really shine here vs. them though, good luck on your games.
