So, I came up with a concept of building a reallllly huge tank for my sisters of battle (A Giant Rolling Cathedral Type Job).

Here is my crappy concept drawing.

I could use help writing rules for it t

I just want it to have a lot of exorcist launchers, and the biggest flamers possible, and be a transport.

The base for the tank is a 1/18 scale M1A1 Abrams, it will be converted heavily of course and made to look more Warhams like.

I was thinking having the pipe organ count as...S-8 Ap-1 Heavy D6x4

Not sure what else though and how many points it would be, just let it be known that this thing is massive and should have rules to reflect that.

well for flamers i always thought either flamestorm (land raider) or incinerator cannons were strongest. And the possibilibty of having 24 S8 AP1 attacks is truly frightening.

I dunno, I think there needs to be more flamey death on there... If you're gonna do it, do it right.

That thing is just begging for a gakking huge fuel tank where the platform is.

Concerning rules, what exactly do you want? I'm assuming it's going to be a superheavy rather than a land raider variant.

-Multimega-barrage organ launcher could be just represented by two (or three, at most) exorcist profiles. the 1d6x4 seems a bit odd, I prefer to roll multible dice rather the multiplying results. And since it's a superheavy, it can fire all the weapons at different targets rather than just saturate one.

-Big flamer guns on the sides can either be Redeemer flame cannons or Hellhound Inferno cannons. Alternately, if you want to make up your own rules entirely, I suggest the following:

Purgator Inferno Cannon: S-6 AP-4 Range-see special rules
Purging Flamestorm- The Purgator cannon fires an immense wave of flame forward using a super-oxidised promethium fuel. All models (friend or foe) in the 90 degree front arc within 12" are automatically hit, no cover saves allowed. Such is the ferocity of the Purgators fire that vehicles count as being hit on their side armor.

-Troop carrying capacity should be in the 20 models range. If you build some sort of assalt ramp in the front you could give it the LR Crusader assault launcher rules too.

- Armor F-14, S-12, R-12, 3 Structure points (big flamers on the side make it more vulnerable to damage).

As for points, something in the 450-500 pts range seems reasonable, though I'm hardly an expert. The tank has no long range weapons after all.

That doesn't really work. I understand the concept, but most Chaos Space Marine units, and ALL Chaos Daemon units, are Fearless.

I like 1hadhq's set of rules there, except I'd make it Inspiring instead of those Holy Symphonies, and make all friendlies in 12" Fearless. Though if that'd be redundant in a WH army (only played against them once, and that was months ago, so I don't know) then the +1 attack seems as good as anything...or maybe it could make nearby units ignore negative Ld modifiers (so Fearless units didn't lose wounds for lost combats?)

That color can be done in acrylic... using GW colors as a reference its somewhere in between Blood Red and Blazing Orange, painted over a white primer. I think you'd probably want to look at Vallejo paints, they seem to have a large color pallet and would probably have something that comes close to that.

Which concept?

Luna's or mine? since she kinda jacked the thread.

I've decided to build rules for a special flamer that is just massive running up the side of the tank.
