Hey all, Ive FINALLY finished the first of three campaign books detailing the struggle for control of Rikal IV which is an imperial planet near the Tau empire..

If you enjoy a good battle report with additional rules, datasheets and ideas for your own apoc game please read this campaign book as 2 more are to come with the last being better than the other 2 combined!

Looking for more than just a battle report? Click HERE for the PDF

We played the battle with 4 players in about 5 hours. Blood Angels and Tau vs Orks and Chaos.... All in all it was a great game

Stunning battle report. I can't even begin to guess at how long this took for you to put together. I'm looking forward to the next instalment.

I gotta say, this is pretty epic. I wish I could find people around here with enough models to do something on this scale. It's well thought out, and I especially like how the terrain objectives have a big impact on the outcome of the game.

Nuclear: Properly pronounced new-clear, not new-cue-lir. There is no 'u' between the c and l, so stop saying it because it just makes you sound like a dumbass. This includes nucleolus, and all other derivatives of the word.

Great read. Thanks for that. I'm looking forward to the next issue. My only (small) gripe would be use pictures of the actual models instead of ones from Dawn of War.

As soon as I get heavy into the game I'm definitely doing stuff like this as much as I can. Outstanding work!
