Hello all...I am looking for a pic of the componets that came with the original metal praetorian sentiennal (I'm sure I misspelled that). I have one and want to make sure I have all the parts to it. I think it was in a White Dwarf ages ago but I am not sure the number it would be in; I think it would be somewhere after the Sulffa River Battle Scenes from the UK Games Day, circa a hell of a long time ago.

There never was a Praetorian Sentinel. Do you mean the metal one released at the end of second edition with a Praetorian Heavy Bolter torso as the crewman?

It's basically a standard 2nd edition sentinel with a praetorian crewman torso instead of the normal pilot/driver.

Components, IIRC< were two legs, two feet, top and bottom halves to the hull, smoke stack (although this may be integrated into the hull), an assault cannon, and a pilot.

Hull was one piece with seperate power plant.

Hull was two pieces (confirmed). Edit. Thought it was one - my swap was pre-assembled. Found a seam between the two halves.
Legs and feet were separate pieces.
Engine (like a smaller scale dread powerplant).
assault cannon.
crewman (any of the IG metal seated HB crewmen torsos for Cadian, catachan, mordian and praetorians will fit). - mine came with mordian, cadian and catachan torsos.

Picked one up in trade for $5. Well worth it.

2nd ed metal sentinel. 1st ed was egg-on-legs.

Thanks for the quick response. I have the following pieces, which I believe is all then, legs 2, body 2 part top and botton, engine smaller version of metal marine dread, assalt cannon, praetorian driver, all metal. The body is definetly the one from 2nd edition, wide front with two headlights no top hatch.

I have three of these, hull is two pieces as built out of the blister. Sorry if thats anal..... I'll go now.
