I just opened up my new Basilisk battery box. The box has the easily identified makings of three basilisks and three sets of heavy weapons gunners, plus one single sprue that doesn't seem to match anything. The pieces don't even seem to match each other. I see Imperial iconography alongside Chaos spikes and Xenos curves, and nothing appears to connect to anything else. Can anyone tell me what on earth this thing is supposed to be?

its the command sprue, the parts give you options to make a command vechile for the battery, which for the bassis would be the improved com link and imp eagle scanner

That's just wierd. It's a mix of Imperial, Eldar, Tau, and Chaos bits... WTF?

It was an add-on for Apocalypse with bitz for every army. They did something like this before with fantasy when they included banners for all the armies on one sprue.
