I had a cusotmer service issue with SABOL over a product of theirs that I purchased and after a conversation with the owner of Sabol wherein I expressed my issue, he went out of his way to correct it. I wanted to say thanks to him publicly as it shows that he obviously does care about his customers.

That's good to hear. I have two of the SABOL army transports, and I'm trying to decided between a third and getting the new battlefoam type one.
