When Zagstruck charges he has a special rule that allows him to count as having a Power klaw when he charges. Normally he would have 4 attacks but when he charges he would have 5 attacks... the problem lies that he is equipped with a slugga (pistol) and a choppa... does he get an additional power klaw attack when he charges (now boosted to 6) because he has an extra close combat weapon and when he charges he only "counts" as having a power klaw...

the key here is "counts as having a power klaw" it's clearly singular, and he only has it, the choice of whether to use it or not is up to the player. Because of this all the rules do is make a power klaw effectively appear out of nowhere on the turn you charge. You still are attacking with the klaw despite it being "counts as" and therefore could only get an extra attack by having a second klaw.
edit: excess stuff that on looking back wasn't relevant and may not have been right.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

"Counts as X" means "acts as X in every single way"
So no, a "Counts as" Power Klaw doesn't gain an extra attack without another Power Klaw, and in normal circumstances would strike at I1 (of course Zaggy boy has a special rule to counteract this)

Wrong.... PKs only grant +1 attack when paired with another PK... p42 of the BRB, second to last paragraph.

From my understanding:
PK + pistol = +0A
PK + CCW = +0A
PK + PK = +1A
However;
PK + CCW + Pistol = Profit?
RAW I think it's +1A, however I feel that RAI is +0A

No, RaW its +0, since you have to pick what 2 weapons to use. Since you MUST use your special weapon, you end up using PK+ CCW or PK+Pistol, which both result in +0A.

He probably meant BRB since 5th edition has alot more red on the cover than it does gray, I feel the same way about the naming convention.
