The points value of the second and third runesmiths are wrong. They are 116 and 111 points, respectively, with the listed equipment. In addition, your current list adds up to 1598 points total. Trim the list down and then we can get you more accurate comments.

A few things for you to consider:

It is unlikely that a 1500 point army with only large, toughness 4 units and artillery will ever need 8 dispel dice. I would drop the rune of balance and/or change some of the runesmiths to thanes.

I would drop the great weapons on the longbeards. I have never seen blocks of dwarfs do well with great weapons.

I would give the thunderers shields. I would also give them a musician.

Engineers are really important for bolt throwers. Try to find the points for them.

Limbo

I'm with WaltF4 - at 1.5k you really don't need that many dispel dice. Very few armies are going to be able to field enough magic at that point level to warrant that many Runesmiths. Personally, I wouldn't bother with a runesmith at this level, but at the most, I would take one, and keep him cheap and supporting.

You'll want Thanes and a BSB - they will win combats for you.

No Hammerers or Iron-Breakers?

Agreed on not giving GW to the Dwarf core choices - you want that 4+ save in Close Combat. T4 + 4+save is a pain in the arse to deal with for some armies. Any heavy killing can be dealt with a Thane in the midst.

1pt for shields on Thunderers is the way to go. Probably could drop these guys to 10 for more flexibility on flat ground.
