I've had this guy sitting on the bottom of my bits box for a while and I finally decided to slap some paint on him. Does anyone recognize him? I think he may be a Confrontation fig but I'm not really sure.

No, not stumpy-egg-like enough for Confrontation. Did you get a look at his foot tab, if he has one?

He's a nice model, to be sure! I've never seen anything like him, but then there's a lot I haven't seen.

it's a dwarf from the old Chainmail line of minis from wizards of the coast...
this is the project that linked Matt Wilson and Mike Mcvey up, and when this died, Warmachine was born...

I decided to replace the round base with a square base so that I could potentially use him in a warhammer army if I wanted to. This is also my first attempt at a cork rock base.
