Can someone point me to the page where it explains the epic rampage ability? Not sure if it was lack of sleep or just misreading things but was unable to find the rules for this ability.

There are several character specific Epic powers (Cowardice is another good one) that don't exist as the universal ones because they're just not that common.

I liked "Epic Cowardice" for the Mouth of Sauron.
