I would recommend finding out how many points that is as it will effect any recommendations we give you.

This list is roughly 1500 points (without too many extras).

Well, it does seem like this list is a collection of the various kits you've procured so far. It's actually pretty well balanced in terms of what the units can do, but everything is just ever so slightly needing in adjustments.

First off, you'll probably want to procure at least one mage to get you something of a magic phase, if at least to counter enemy mage with a scroll-caddy.

CORE
Sizes of units right now are a bit inefficient.

Archers - they're pricey for what they provide. Consider dropping them to the 10 minimum - perhaps use the spares as proxy Shadow Warriors?

Spearmen - Personally, I like to get the most out of them by having them at 21 strong (7x3 formation). You could shuffle numbers around and have 1x 21 Spearmen and use 10 of the remaining spears as Sea guard, perhaps.

SPECIAL
I think both the Swordmasters and White Lions could do with some more numbers. Assuming you keep the basic run of units the same with any changes you make, I'd recommend adding at least another 4-5 to the White Lions unit (a big block of 14-15 White Lions will work pretty decently as an anvil unit). You could get another 2-4 Swordmasters and run them either as 1 big unit of 12 or 2 units of 6-7. Just keep them in cover.

For the most part, the other parts look ok.

First off, this list is illegal. Alith Anar is a Lord, and so is the pirnce. you can't have two Lord Level characters until 3000 pts. what is your target point limit? Some words of advice, go for the minimum number of Core units for the HE. this means that under 2000, you should only have one core unit, 2000+ 2 core, and so on. this leaves your points free to take special choices, which is where the HE army excels.

You are also lacking in magic, and so are also missing magic defense. YOU MUST TAKE A MAGE. even if you don't want to cast a whole lot, he provide invaluable defense in your enemies magic phase. he is best with two dispel scrolls.

Run your silver helms at 2 units of 5, or maybe 6. improves your flanking abilities by a lot, and gives you enemy two units of heavy cav to worry about. but in reality I would drop the silver helms and get dragon princes. two attacks and the ability to take a magic banner just make these the no brainer choice. give them the banner of ellyrion and run them around through the forests to keep annoying cannons and other artillery away from them.

Any special infantry should be run at least six wide wide, and more preferably seven wide. thus your white lions and swormasters should be units of 14 run 7x2. this will give you a better mix of maximizing your attacks without sacrificing your rank, and leaving room for some casualties.

I would go with Phoenix Guard over the Swormasters. better survivability with the ward save, and they cause fear.

so in conclusion, I don't like your list very much at all. I'd seriously concider a massive redo.

I am a Utah man sir, I live across the green, our gang is the jolliest that you have ever seen, Our co-eds are the fairest, ans each one's a shining star, our yell you'l hear it ringing through the mountains near and far.
Who am I sir? a UTAH MAN am I. A UTAH MAN sir, I will be till I die.

KI-YI

Were up to snuff, we never bluff were game for any fuss, no other gang of college men dare meet us in the MUSS. So fill your lungs and sing it out and shout it to the sky, we'll fight for dear old Crimson for a UTAH MAN AM I!!

GO UTES!!!!

cannot have two lord.
need at least one mage to get that magic protection plus HE get a +1 to dispell if you have an archmage or mage.
archers are too big.
I run spearman as 6 wide therefore 18 or 24.
need more white lions
I like swordmasters in units of 7.
consider getting an eagle as a march blocker although you do have shadow warriors.
Please do not run the silverhelm as a big unit of 10.
I think your list is a very good start and now you have a place to start.
