! dont know if this has already been posted but....meh
no pictures but you don really need them
materials
oven cleaner, sealable tub, rubber gloves, mouth cover, old britled tooth brush
steps
1: put the evil little models in the tub.
2: spray the beejeebes out of the models with oven cleaner
3: seal it and put in refrigerater
4: wait an houe or so
5:with rubeer glove on as well as masks take model out
6: rub with old tooth brush and the paint should come right

The only problem is that it turns clear plastic yellow.
Tuper glue also become fogged and easy to remove.

Tnother tutorial for removing a layer of residue ths comes from metal models.
You may notice that metal models come with a layer of some syhing hard too remove.
Materials
ceramic bowl,vineger, baking soda,old brush
1 mix vineger and baking soda in bowl
2: put model in there
3: wait for a while
4: rub with old brush and look and your shiny models
if you use ovencleaner on your metal model you will have to use a wire brush to make it shiny again
any questions?

-to many points to bother to count.

I used the tutorial legoburner posted many times and does not harm plastic. It will eat GS though. But now I use rubbing alcohol and an ultrasonic cleaner. 10 minute strip.
