As far as I know, the UK doesn't have any particularly strict censorship. There's certainly no high-profile cases I'm aware of, and The UK Videogame Censorship Database only claims Hitman 2, Manhunt, and Resistance: Fall of Man as having created any controversy (carmageddon doesn't count because it was crap anyway).
