Got a peek at the new codex and you can literally put a Commissar in every squad of an infantry platoon for 35 points. Veterans, Penal Legionaires, and Storm Troopers can't...

Would this make for a good army? I'm actually thinking the Ld and counter assault advantages would make this worthwhile and I might actually do it. Would I be nuts?

The most I would take is one per platoon, so when I merge my platoon, the whole mess will be Stubborn/reroll. I don't want to loose a large unit to one assault.

Buying more than that, is wasteful imo.
