Why is an Inquisitor Lord only 45pts yet Inquisitor Lord Torquemada Coteaz 185pts? Does anybody have an idea, if so, please reply because I'm stumped.

Because the inquisitor lord at 45 points starts off with no equipment, weapons or psychic powers. You have to buy those extra.... if you tool him up to similar gear he'll have a similar points cost.

And yes, the cost covers his equipment and Special Rules. Same reason why a Space Marine Chapter Master is 125 Points and Calgar is Double that.
