Well, two HQ's in 1500 pt is a bit much.
As you take a TS army, let it be led by Ahriman.
Take 2 maxed out TS troop units mounted in Rhinos.

Over 1/3rd of your points is spent on two models. Arhiman isnt that good for his points, so youre better off dropping him.

You have no decent anti-tank. You will find it impossible to deal with mech armies or anything that brings landraiders.

You only have 17 scoring models. It really isnt hard to kill 17 marines, so you will do badly in any objective based games.

Your terminators are too expensive for what they are. Its better to have a single large unit with an icon than two small units with icons.

Spending so many points on so few models will lose you more games than you will win.

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live?

Again 17 scoring models is not enough.

Think back over the games you've played or seen played. In how many of them have at least 17 marines died? Its far too easy to kill all your scoring units and stop you winning the game.

Dont spend a rediculous number of points on chosen, they're frequesntly not worth it. Instead get another troops choice. for 340pts you can have a pretty hefty squad of plague marines that is very hard to budge.

Your terminators should also have two heavy flamers or two RACs, not one of each. You want to focus on one role for them and having one each of the heavy weapons takes away from that. Give them two heavy flamers, RACs arent actually very good.

You still have no decent way of killing tanks. Foot slogging meltas wont kill any for you and neither will a single ML.

Drop those Chosen.
Give the troop units transports and add two Vindicators.
