Of all the things GW could realistically claim IP for, I'm pretty sure "Orcs" is not one of them.

Looking closely at the one with the cigar in his mouth though, I don't think he's made of metal.

I asked about those too and was told that they are a 'ways off', so, not quite sure what that means, other than it will probably be a while...

Now Eldar, definitely! Or, that might be more of a Dark Eldar thing.

Orks most definitely dance in huge choreographed numbers. Kinda like Thriller or West Side Story.
