wow, that's a small list for 2000 points! Could be good, 6 plasma guns is a lot of hurt, for both you AND the enemy.

I would worry with this list when it comes to podding marines, as they could get flamer templates on your veterans right quick, but against necron and shooty marines, this list could do very well, depending on the builds. nob bikers would also be a worry for this list, as the bane wolves won't last that long, and after that, there isn't much that can stand up against them/kill them.

but with the right tactics, this could be a very fun list. I say do it!

have you thought about a vulture assault list?

Why on gods green earth are you takeing StormTroopers? You can do better for less useing Vets.

Also your command squad is a pointsink. You really need to trim it down.

For starters id drop the MoO, Sniper Rifle, Bodyguards, Med Pack and the Reg Standard.

MoO: Even if he hits he scatters... so unless you put a mortar in the squad to act as a ranger, he sucks.

Sniper: 1 lone Sniper isnt going to scare anyone, or really do anything for that matter.

Bodyguards: Waste of 30 points that could be used elsewhere. When a Chimera is 55 pts, why would you pay 30 pts for 2 models that are T3 W1 5+Sv?

Med Pack: Do you really need FNP on T3 W1 5+ Sv Guard? It just isnt worth the 30 points that once again could be better spent elsewhere.

Reg Standard: Guard are not ment for Close Combat nor should you be getting into it. Also with orders and voxes you dont need the 12'' bubble this offers. 15 points spent elsewhere.

Thats 110 Points right there....

So what can we get for that?
A Maxed out Battle Psyker Squad.....
A Vet Squad with toys........
A Valk......
Chimeras.......

Long story short, better things then the wargear that you lost.

Command squad: Drop the medic pack. While its useful, chimera armor is obsencely better. Give that chimera camo netting. Give two guardsmen a heavy bolter. (add in the h.bolter + multi-laser & that = decent firing, inc. the crazy Master of ordenance). Keep this in cover. Loose the bodyguards as you shouldnt really need/make use of them. For a 10man sqaud with t3 & 5+ armor, even with FNP...fair too much of a priority target. a 3+ coversave av 12/10/10 vehicle Is alot more robust.

Flamer Chimera vet squads. These sqauds are trying to do what the banewolfs are doing. And the banewolf wins hands down plus its template overkill anyways. If you want mobile troops, get a 55-strong guard platoon squad (5 + 50infantry) with 4 heavy weapons. With the company command squad issuing orders (0r/and the platoon command squad) to a 40-strong block with 4 heavy weapons (orders like TL-weapons, force a re-roll on cover saves, epic lasgun volleys etc) you will get a decent amount of effective firepower. With 40 models.. it wont be easy to kill (compared to lets say, 10 eldar guardains). Use 10 seperately & stick em in a vendetta. That provides mobile scorign plus mobile long-ranged anti-tank (somthing your lacking).

Btw = Heavy stubber > storm bolter any day with IG. More shots is better due too BS3 & range is better as it has synergy with the other chimera armements.

Or just use 10 sparely equipped vets in a vendetta (twice as this is alot cheaper thant he above).

Banewolfs: Fast awesome fun with (i think) the most deadly *defensive* weapon in the game. 12" movement with two deadly templates.. Awesome.

Drop the MoO - it will NEVER be on target, each hit scatters 2D, each miss scatters 3D. A complete waste of points, and dangerous for your own troops with that much scatter.

drop the medipak and bodyguards - yep, but keep the regtl standard. Allowing a reroll of failed morale and pinning tersts within 12" is very useful. I would keep your deep striknig stormies, even though they are expensive. The reroll for deviation is very useful as well.
