Its all good. Many a person has been in your position when looking at some things in 40k.

Still, a few friendly pointers to make any further rules questions go even more smoothly:

1) Don't use all Caps in the thread title. It just makes you seem obnoxious.
2) Text Speak is the Enemy. Using it will result in a quick trip to visit Mr 'Splody-Head, as the Commissars bolt pistol is affectionately known.
3) One Question mark is fine too.
