Want to make sure what it's saying is what I'm hoping. Unseen lurker lets you have a unit move during the magic phase in the same way as a normal move in the movement phase, and goes on to say if you can charge if opportunity permits, and that the same rules apply as for a normal charge made during the movement phase.

So, can I march a unit with mv 8 forward 16 in the movement phase, wheeling a bit at the end, hit them with unseen lurker, and get a 16 inch charge, hopefully on the flank of someone?

It looks like it's ok. Just wanted to be sure before I tried to design it into an army list.

Yes, it is perfectly ok: make a normal move exactly as you would do in the movement phase, with all normal restrictions. Just rtemember the range on the spell....
