Is it possible to shoot through a wood if your skirmishers on on the opposite side of the wood? I.E.

So, can the Bluish unit shoot at the Red unit?

BRB says you must be within 2" on the edge in order to see out ie. shoot, cast spells, whatever

So in answer to your question, how large is that set of woods?

I hope someone tries to misconstrue that by saying they are within 2" on the edge, it's just the edge of the opposite side.

That would be absolutely amazing. Ironic high five to the guy who tries that.

On a delicate chain at her throat, she keeps it with her to this day.”

you gonna help the poor guy pick up his teeth afterwards too?

The BRB's pretty clear about the 2" rule, though. Everyone likes -2 to hit those sneaky buggers! (-3 for long range, -4 for multiple shots?.... good luck!)

oh, and don't forget. skirmishers fleeing through difficult terrain, being perused by ranked infantry is also pretty hilarious and enjoyable.

So, I'll take that as a no?

Both of our units were within the 2", just his were on the opposite side.

sorry, I'll kill this thread right now, all official like:

Page 9 of the BRB wrote: It is only possible to see through up to 2" of woodland. So, if a model inside a wood is within 2" of the edge, he can see out and he can also be seen. If it is furhter than 2" inside the wood, a model can neither be seen by models outside nor can it see them."

Your tape measure will tell you all you need to know, young grasshopper.
