So I was in Edinburgh's GW shop today.A lot of the shop has been taken
over by War of the Ring,with 40k racks of blisters severely depleted.
They have the Catachan new 10 man squads on sale.There seems to be a
lot of cards on the racks saying new models coming,or will this just
be reissues of current models?Also seen the new Valkyrie on one of
the tables.Impressive model but I don't think it's worth more than
a Land Raider.Also, a kid asked one of the staff when the plastic
Thunderhawk would be released.The guy replied that there wouldn't
be one,only the resin version.Should have seen the poor kid's face when he
was told it cost £340!

How come you have an american flag OP? Your from Scotland? Anyways before i moved to newcastle my local was GW Edinburgh and honestly by looks of things nout has changed. The staff in there were some of the worst ive known. I dont know who the staff are now but back 6 or 7 years ago it wasnt good. The store always lacked refills and they never got round to out getting sorted then

English critics lol. Being Scottish we should get in on that haha. I cant even remember the guys names that were in when i was there too long ago and well wanted to forget. At one time the staff were class but they were unfortunately replaced. How is the store now anyways? Ill be back in Edinburgh in a month or so, and will be popping in
