so my cybork nob biker squad of 7 has some PKs and some big choppas and shootas/skorchas thrown in for the sake of wound allocation (every nob is equipped differently). the questions are since big choppaz are 2 handed weapons, is it legal to put a shoota/skorcha on the model (say slung, or part of his cybernetics or something, while the nob's hands are still both holding the BC), and can the shoota/skorcha still be shot in the shooting phase?

I would say yes. As the Nob's Wargear as listed in the Codex includes both the Choppa, and Slugga. And you may swap the Choppa for a Big Choppa, and the Slugga can be swapped for a TL Shoota, Shoota/Rokkit Kombi, Shoota/Skorcha Kombi.

Throw enough Goblins at anything and it should go away, at the very least there will be less Goblins.

What does Eric Clapton and Coffee have in common? Both suck without Cream.

you could carry over 9000 two-handed weapons if the codex gave you a way to purchase them all, handedness and number of weapons has no bearing in the newer codices except for when fighting in melee to get the bonus for 2 one handed weapons.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

The Nob only needs to use two hands only in close combat, so while moving around he can carry and shoot a combi-shoota. Some of my Nobs are modeled this way holding a big choppa in one and blasting away with a shoota in his other hand, some have thier shoota slung over thier backs.

There is no problem with having multiple weapons.
Some weapons could be on the bike, a scorcha-nozzle rigged up to the (extended) fuel-tank, or a side-car-mounted rokkit.

I refuse to enter a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent.

As said by drunkspleen, there is no limit (any more) on the number of two handed/single handed weapons a model can carry. In this case you can give the Nob a Big Choppa and Kombi Weapon just fine, and it is perfectly fine to model the Big Choppa as held in one hand as well.

hello again. after making 3 of them, i got 3 regular boyz warbikes and it would appear i've made the cybork nob bikers kind of large. i was wondering about tournament rules regarding bases. also, some of them are popping wheelies and whatnot, so their heads are a little high, which would effect their line of sight. i didn't do any of this on purpose, they just turned out big and scary. are there nob biker bases i could get that would make them tournament legal or are they fine as they are?

There are not any official tournament rules. You have to ask the TO of each Tournament you are going to attend. But if your models look nice I don't think you will have any problems with base size or model height.

In one game turn an Imperial guardsman can move 6", kill a few guys with his flamer, assault 6", kill two more guys with his bayonet, flee 12", regroup when assaulted, react 6", kill one more guy with his bayonet and then flee another 12".
So in one game turn an Imperial guardsman can move 42" and kill more than 5 people. At the same time a Chimera at top speed on a road can move 18"...
