I want to know if anyone on DakkaDakka would be interested in purchasing the Fortress Of Arrogance, if we build one from a brand new Baneblade and then paint it in high detail.

If it's built from a baneblade that must be one expensive unit! What is a "Fortress of Arrogance"? Almost sounds tongue in cheek, but I'm guessing it is a real unit?

If you want a commitment before starting on the model, well, you should try to get cash up front and agree on a price before you begin. Someone might agree to it if you can prove that you are able to finish in a reasonable amount of time (decided ahead of time) and also if you can show examples of prior work.

i think people would be more inclined to do so if you have a more extensive rep here. you just joined a week ago so it's understandable if people aren't rushing to give you their money without seeing any of your work in the thread (especially in this economic climate).
