A grot. An Ork is far to bulky for it. And I've already seen someone try, even with the last generation Orks. They are all to big. Grots are the only ones that work. Hell, it'd explain the BS3.
Just open up the cockpit and jam an AoBR Deffkopta pilot in there. They look insane enough. And while you're at it, model some Stormboyz riding on the back with Zagstruk. You could create his personal fight-bomma, Da Vulcha.
