a simple tutorial here ,hope it can help a little bit
Tamiya Surface primer base coat
Vallejo Neutral gery base colour
GW Washes ogryn flesh
thin Vallejo Dark sea green for glazing,increase the depth of grey
thin Vallejo German grey for glazing,increase the depth of grey
GW Dark angle green for the lighting parts
GW Goblin green blending for the lighting effect ;Vallejo Brass for metal area
GW Washes ogryn flesh & Chaos black glazing metal areas; GW Scorched brown for the bone area
GW Graveyard earth & Bleached bone for blending

Consider this scheme now stolen.
Thanks jerk, now I have to strip some a bunch miniatures.
What do you use for skin tones (like for the Witch Coven or Deneghra)?

That's for free, I stole the colors from their rulebook
not sure yet, may choose between purple grey and pink .
