I really hate forgeworld right now. are they really gonna release the best most awseomest titan the year the world ends.
it says its estimated to come out in 2012.

Where does it say this?

I'd expect to see a Warlord from Forgeworld shortly after a plastic Warhound is announced by GW "Proper".

Forgeworld mentioned the plans for doing a warlord titan for 2012 at the french games day.
according to google, the Mayans and Nostrodamus predicted the end of the world on 21st december 2012 (apparently)

ya, i was just musing the same idea to myself...
like, 'hmm, maybe its no coincidence that the warlord and nostradomus' crazy dreams are predicted for the same year...'

anyway...

i think ill go ahead scratch building my emperor titan legs as i planned...
then i wont have to wait for speculation of rumors for some predicted unveiling of plans to start thinking about possibly doing the warlord for real...
and ill probably save 8 or 9 thousand dollars...

Hmm... did they ever say it was going to be a model of a Warlord? Maybe they are making a Warlord titan for themselves to destroy all life on earth by the end of 2012!

i heard about the warlord release, it supposedly will only stand at about two feet, and near as i can figure, will cost more than the manta...

it'll look really cool, and weight like thirty pounds. and cost onehundred times that.

Yes but from my calculations warlords should only be 24.5 inches tall.

what are you using to generate those numbers?

it should stand at roughly 32-36 depending on what images you are drawing from.

i have never seen a scratch build that small, they are always in excess of thirty inches

Actually, the end of the world predictions are unrelated concepts pumped up by fearmongers. The Mayans didn't actually predict the end of the world in 2012, it's just when their calender ends, and apparently starts anew. And Nostrodamus was just a crazy guy. Why should we believe him in this day and age?

Why not He had more of a Clue than the "Leaders" today. And there is actually a very small chance that a near Earth Asteroid will collide on Earth head on in 2012. I read it on Wikipedia!

Lol, that asteroid would actually have already hit us by now. It was calculated with the Mayan calender, and they used 28 days to mark a month, so the next supposed 'near asteroid' isn't due until 2036.

@He who stood: For that I used the apocalypse rulebook, considering the Warhound is around 10.5 inches, according to the scale pic in apocalypse it is about 2 and another small portion times the size of a warhound when rounded.
10.5+10.5+5.25=26.25. I took that down to 25 inches. Though you could have 27 to.
