This question is answered in the equipment section of his codex.
Note that loyalist and chaos terminators do not work the same way. Chaos terminators can move and fire heavy weapons and may assault after firing rapidfire or heavy weapons. But they cannot fire rapidfire weapons at 24 inches, only at the regular 12 for if you move and fire rapidfire weapons.

Yes, what Terminator armour can do and what Chaos Terminator Armour can do are detailed in their respective codex's.
If you are new/returning to the hobby (or just a clueless dolt all 'round), the best thing to do is, when your opponent says "Wargear 'X' has super Cool effect 'Y' because of my Massive 'Z'" just ask, "Sorry, I am new/returning/a clueless dolt, could you just show me in the codex where it says that?"

Yeah gwar is right, some people are just plain old "Z"s who will try and take advantage of new players for an easy win, always ask politely if it sounds a bit off.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

The Termies for both armies also come differently base-equipped
Chaos Termies come with Twin-Linked Bolters and Power Weapons.
Loyalist Termies come with Power fists and Storm Bolters. The Assault variants come with Lightning Claws.

Is Lightning Claw a new word for Thunder Hammer?

No. Assault Termies come with Lightning Claws as a base. They may replace them for Thunder Hammers and Storm Shields at no cost. Of course, you'd know that if you had a codex.

In other words, Lightning Claws are just a fancy way of saying "Thunder Hammers and Stormshields". (Do note the sarcasm in my and Rustyknight's posts.)

While most of the time a sloppy post CAN be understood, the use of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling is generally seen as respectable and desirable on most forums. It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.

I loves when my Lightning Claw Terminators lay the "HAMMER" down on an unsuspecting T4 multiwound squad from behind their "SHIELD".
