hey
has anyone ever bought from these guys, dwarven forge terrain?
they have some cool looking sets for either fantasy or 40k or whatever youre into...
i was wondering if anyone has an educated opinion on em...?
like, are the sets worth the price?
how durable are the pieces?
does it come pre-painted?
and since im mostly interested in getting stuff for 40, are the sci-fi sets compatible with each other?

We had a lot of their dungeon sets back in New York, this is like 2002 or so. High quality stuff, the best dungeon terrain I've seen.
Never worked with them directly or used their sci fi sets though.

The stuff is really nice and durable, but it is up there in price. I would recommend it if you can afford it.
THe only problem is most of the sets are not that big, so expect to have to buy 2 of them to get a good amount of terrain.

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it. |

I've got some of their space corridors. FLGS had them for a while and they weren't selling. Slashed them to 50% and I grabbed them. Haven't actually used them yet, but waiting to buy another couple of sets.
Going to have a games room/shed, so weight won't really be a factor as I won't be moving them anywhere else.
