I'm in south east Denver although I typically play on Wednesday's up at Valhalla's.

Im in Littleton Ill play I can Fridays and Saturdays pm some info well get to gether. I can get to Bonnie Brae, Vahalla,or attacktrx or hell my house I got a real big board and lots of city scape. APOC games or reg im in.

I'm in north Denver. I'm usually at Vallhalla's on Wednesday nights, too. That's a good night to pick up a game of 40k. There are usually a lot of people there.

I live in Boulder, but I am at Valhalla's just about every Friday (I might start coming on Wednesdays as well, but I don't know yet)

We've got a group of like 6 or so that meet on a monthly or so basis in Littleton/Reunion area.

ok so right now I know of this in the near denver area:

It would be wicked to get it so that we don't have 3 different groups playing on the same night...
It would also be awesome to have a kind of tag team tournament, each group gets 4 players or so and we kinda do a battle royale...
What do you guys think?

Bonnie Brae hobby has warhammer 40k on Wednesday, Friday ,and Sat nights. On Fri and Saturday you have to call and they will reserve you a table or more depending how many people and coming down they have a basement for 40k and plenty of terrain just ask for WOLF.

OK guys here is what i am proposing:

In order for all the different gaming clubs to actually get to know eachother, lets have a big tournament!!!

If you are a part of a gaming club (whether that be at a store or just a homespun group that meets regularly) how about everyone brings 5 (or however many people you can get) to the tournament day.

I was thinking since this is more or less a social day, each team can have a batter list of sorts (each teamate can play in one round). Even though there will be less games played for each gamer, more people will be able to play. If we reserved a spot like bonnie braes we would be able to have a few pickup games possibly.

This is just a rough sketch, what do you think?

Sounds like an interesting idea, if you pan together a rough idea of when and where our group may be interested. Since we are jsut a group of 27-40 year old guys I can't speak for everyone. We are by no means a gaming guild, but we do straight by the book 40k, so we know our stuff.

We usually do 1-2 games a month and do teams, FFA annihilation, or 4x4 1v1 depending on how many show.
