Hey all i just started playing 40k (Just bought my army and haven't painted them yet just started playing haha) and i was wondering if there was any gaming clubs or hobby stores in the South Coast of Mass.? I know of Game Haven but i think its closed? anyway any help would be much appreciated!

Also anyone that plays near me let me know where you play id like to start play (since the semester ends in a few weeks ill have the summer to play)

Thats the club I play at, I've been a member there for 8 months or so.
We have 8 big tables and a few small ones and tons of really nicely made terrain.
We are starting up a Fantasy Mighty Empires campaign on May 9th. But we also play a lot of 40k. some Uncharted Seas, Warmachine and Flames of War. There is also components to games I don't even know about.

It's also a private club, we do not rely on a Store front to support us. Full members have keys and can have storage space at the club. The other major benefit is there are no kids playing card games taking up room.

SNEGaming is probably the only game in town now, so to speak.

I'm still amazed that no one has jumped in to fill the void in the area, especially with UMASS Dartmouth in the area...

Hey, there's a small group of people playing at Scholar's in Bridgewater, MA...join the yahoo group and post up if you want a game...we're trying to get a little tournament together.

Depending were you are on the Southcoast, there are two good stores not mentioned there is Battlegrounds in Abington and Gamenight on the Cape in Hyannis

Theres a Comic Book shop in New Bedford that has the space below the store that can be set up to play 40k, fantasy or whatever else. I told him that i would see if i could find a few people who were interested in maybe playing there. I told him id give him a call next week sometime so let me know if anyones interested, we wouldnt have to pay and there food around there as well, we'd just have to keep it clean.

It be nice to have a place to play at locally.
