I'm toying with the idea of starting a tyranid army and wondered if there was any hint anywhere of when the new codex is due out? If it's not for ages, I'll crack on with the current one, but if it's six months away I'll save the cash til then...

From what I've read and come to understand. A new nid dex will not come around until either december or early next year.

A reputable fellow named Brimstone has said it will be less than a full year, but I think this is all we have. He's also more or less confirmed plastic Trygons and Gargoyles.
