Subject: Any good places in the North East of England ?
It's a bit of a long shot but who knows might get lucky , my local Games workshop is full of teenagers running around beating eachother with codexes so its not exactly appealing .
Oh hey! I go to Middles GW too. Well... not alot though. Uni Exam period now D=, not to mention I've only just started 40k.
However, I've found that the "best" times to go are off-peak hours... when the kids are still in school...
I myself am a student at Durham Uni, and I know there are at least a few other uni students... and other older people that hang around too.
Also, weekends are a terrible idea...

where abouts is local to you???
leeds is good
wakefield (my local) has the biggest gaming room in the country after nottingham (10+ vet only tables) , tues night is vets night
harrogate has a gaming room
sheffield
york
etc
going in on a sat you will get all the kids of course
but every store has its own vets night (try ringing to find out)
