It's an A5 sized booklet with the "current" prices (if you're in the UK that is, other parts of the world are fethed), mostly issued by FW to make new friends and to pass around on events where you can order from them.

Most likely so yes. Interestingly enough when attending conventions FW staff present will ignore current currency values and stick to the prices listed in those catelogues.

Last November at the Frenzy a conversion kit for a Hydra should cost me somewhere around €25 but due to FW sticking to the prices in the books it still costs €47.
