Awesome. The tarnished metal looks great, and like it might be a really simple process. Is it just a teal wash over metal color?

I too would like to know the secrets of your verdigris, and what metallic you used as the base.

Looks really good. I also want to know your technique.

I know there's a paint kit at Michael's that does this. It's a paint that is metal based, and when dry there's a solution you spray on it that tarnishes the paint. So it's authentic patina.

I believe the method is:

1. Cast the miniature in bronze.
2. Place it in a pocket dimension where time moves faster than in ours.
3. Profit.

I thinks that's a little pricey. The teal wash sound more budget friendly. Then again for larger models the patina kit sound like it would take less time.

Thanks, I painted the model in metal shades and then washed it several times with different blue/green glazes, I also added black and white.
