Ok so here I am looking through the new IG codex and then I hit the colour section, specifically the demolisher on p77. If you look closely at the detail inset you can see that the engine hatch is different to that of previous russes. Anyone else notice this? if so what do you think, a sly slide in of new plastic? (or am I just losing it and they changed the engine inset agesago without my noticing?

Pretty sure that's the current demolisher.

The current Demolisher kit comes with a metal engine cover that is thicker and heavier in armour.

It's comfirmed in the new White Dwarf that there coming out anyway.n It seems to be the new GW trend the idea is you build up your infrantry now ready for when armoured reniforcements arive in the near future

better be getting some good bitz in them or im gonna be upset, plastic doesnt cost much.

im lucky ive sourced a friend with 6 boxes of the old Cadian infantry type (the 20 man box sets) whos selling them to me or cheap. aswell as 10 leman russ and 3 baneblades. i cant complain, just leaves me to buy valks and sentinels, TBH im going to stick to forgeworld turrets considering how many hulls i now have
