I have to say after just looking at the lists Behemoth just sprung off the page as the inevitable victor. How did you feel seeing all those fexes on the table? If it was me I think I would have cried.

I thought 'kill the synapse, win the game'
and i killed 2 out of 4 synapse creatures. my tyrant died too early.

It's always tough nids on nids. The lack of AP2/3/4 really hurts us. Especially when there are multiple carnifexes involved. Good luck next time though!
