This is a game I played using the 'PIMP MY LIST' army list that was suggested by the Tyranid Players from the TauOnline forums. So this is BatRep is dedicated to all the cool peeps from there thanks for chipping in posting your ideas, hope you all enjoy this report.

DEPLOYMENT
We got a Pitched Battle deployment yet I deliverately deployed all my forces on the right corner where the ruin terrain would allow me to place more units behind cover. My plan being to stand my ground shooting at the Orks blowing up their Trukks and forcing them to walk over to my side and then launch a mighty counter-assault. However my opponent did something unexpected in deploying all his troops on the opposite corner essentially turning our battle into a spearhead deployment! My strategy was forced to change and I decided to instead move my units out of the range of the Lootas who had a great position to shoot at me with superior range to anything in my army as much as possible and lay my troops behind cover ready to ambush the Orks as they approached hoping to destroy the Trukks early and smack everything else along the way as it walked through my lines.







TURN 1
Tyranids get first turn and being out of range of most ork units all they can do is move, run and attempt to shoot the Trukks with the venom cannons that do no damage as everything either missed or got blocked by the KFF. The Orks on the other hand rush forward and Lootas unleash a stream of fire at the Venom Cannon wielding Carnifex getting 2 wounds on it.









TURN 2
The winged tyrant positioned itself about 14 inches away from the Ork Trukk awaiting for it's passengers to come out after I venom cannoned it to hell and back exploding it off the face of the board. Ghazghkull and his meganobz drop out pissed off and ready to brawl. Turn 2 The Stormboyz rush forward 18", the Boyz disembark their trukk and surround the carnifex, and Ghazghkull rushes towards the Hive Tyrant ready to clover him and with the waagh everyone gets another 6" movement putting them in range of all their targets. The Tyrant, the Carnifex and the Raveners all get killed in the melee doing little damage in return except for the raveners who schooled the stormboyz before going down.







TURN 3
The Lictor arrived from reserves as did a re-spawning squad of gaunts that I felt the need to revive for back up in that corner of the board against the ridiculously fast stormboyz. My original intent was to have the carnifex and lictor take out the 'Ard Boyz and Big Mek however the lictor scattered to the wrong side of the terrain and forced me to change my plans. Instead I had them assault the trukk for the easy kill point and the rest focused on taking out the stormboyz and the other boyz that killed my carnifex. The orks retaliated killing the Lictor and assaulting the gaunts.











TURN 4
We only had about half hour left until dice-down (the store was closing I had been playing all day) so we tried to rush through and I moved my units up hoping to get to turn 5 at least (for a proper ending to the game). I assaulted the 'Ard Boyz with my carnifex and lost combat due to them killing the gaunts. However my Tyrant was finally able to clear out the stormboyz.

The Orks having already used up their waagh earlier were moving slowly the Big Mek had previously retreated in his trukk but then disembarked and the trukk moved forward by itself to block the tyrant's path. The orks focused on getting the kill point for the carnifex to boost their lead and we were asked to end our game because the store had to close after turn 4 ended.

So the rest of the match can be anyone's guess as to what may or could've happened had it continued longer. Look at the last picture and draw your own conclusions.

so hard to tell the conclusion on this battle. Both forces still have certain amount of strong units left alive. However, IMO the Orks roughtly has a highter chance of winning because i'm not just disliking your 'stealers nids, but the Orks seems has a hell storm of ranged advanages such as lootas, maganobz and shoota mob are backing them up. Ghazghkull is really did his "Waaagh" job for forcing their boyz to assault earlier and to stomp deadlier sicne within the proof of killing your monsterous creatures and some powerful buds in one assault. But... you still have 2 swarms of mighty 'stealers and other annoying nids swarms awaiting them eager for tearing those green-skin down into pieces.
