I think it will be a fun army to play but it´d probably not be very competitive.
i think you mean muso rather than horse master in the glade riders (by the points, plus it is what you should take)
drop your warhawk units down to 5 (6 hawks down, 300pts spare).
also i´m pretty sure great weapons only give you +1 for mounted. change all to spears
i´d change the magic items around too (you have 105pts on your general for a start)
at present you have use 190pts on items
General - annoyance of netlings, merciw´s locus, the horn of asrai (70pts)
the horn your choice, i just think it´d be cool to first turn make their entire army try to charge you only to run away from terror. you can always choose to flee if you need to as well. it can setup for a good turn two for you though. i.e. fly the dragon up, blow it, make most of their army try to charge you. you can hold (challenge a character to prevent many wounds) or flee while the rest of your army flanks them next turn.
Noble - hail of doom arrow, helm of the hunt (50pts)
Noble 2 - The dawnspear, enchanted shield (45pts)
that free´s up 425pts (plus 4 for the great weapons). with the spare points add in some wild riders and glade riders. maybe a unit of glade guard would go well (but not as thematic)
