Hey everyone. I have a question about storing and transporting models. When I first started I just had a Battleforce, so i kept my models in the battleforce box and transported them that way. My army has grown since and I think it's time to find a new storage/transportation method. Unfortunately I don't have money to burn so getting one of those fancy Games Workshop cases is kinda out of the question for now. Does anyone have a better solution? I'm thinking something I can make for fairly cheap.

My suggestion is go to yard sales. You can find an old fishing tackle box or tool box cheap. As for lining the the compartments to protect your mini's, you can cut & glue in pieces of old T-shirt to protect your models. The tackle box I have has about 2000 pts of TAU w/about 3 drawers of space left over. I lined the drawers w/packing sheet foam fom my old job. My only problem is I'm going to have to do some re-arranging to hold more tanks.

Schrew is right , go too a jard sales

Also here are some MORE tips :

- Shoe boxes ! If you get new shoes , or got the boxes from the old ones , use them , there you MUCH more extra space

- More boxes ! If you buy a laptop , new computer , camera , more big boxes for Warhammer etc. use those !

- Make some transporting thingies ! Most schools have smithing classes , wher you build something . If yo ever have free time , ask if you can make some transportations for the models !

- You got friends that play warhammer ? Ask them ! I got a couple of friends that simply bought some of these boxes but barely ever use them , so i get too loan them most of the time

Here are some pretty good tips on what trasports you should choose
